Sessions

To ensure strong participation and shared learning across the agency, there are minimum session registration expectations by role:

• Managers and above: Register for a minimum of 3 sessions across the two days
• Junior teammates (Coordinator / Account Executive / equivalent): Register for at least 1 session per day

These guidelines are designed to balance learning, team coverage, and exposure to a range of capabilities across the agency.
