Questions?

Important Info & FAQs

Name Badges

You'll get your official Spring Training credentials—a name badge and lanyard—at your first session. Think of it as your all-access pass to the field.

What do I need to bring?

Yourself 😊 — you're already on the starting line-up. A laptop is required for any in-session drills and activities. Beyond that, we encourage you to stay fully in the game: take notes, ask questions, and be engaged. The more you put in, the more you'll get out of your training reps.

Can I join a session virtually?

Nope—this is an in-person training camp only.

Transportation — How do I get to each session?

Getting to the field is part of the game plan.

What if I can't join my session or want to change last minute?

If your game plan changes and you can't make a session, no problem—just head to the "Manage Your Registration" link at the bottom of your confirmation email.

Checking In to Your Sessions

Each breakout session will have a unique check-in code displayed partway through the presentation. When you see it, scan the QR code on screen or go to springtraining.saltxcai.com/checkin on your phone. Enter your first name, last name, work email, and the code shown—that's it. Takes about 10 seconds.

Is there Wi-Fi at the other offices?

Yes—no need to go offline mid-play.

Will food be provided?

We've got your fuel covered so you can stay at peak performance. We will have brunch at each location on Wednesday morning and lunch at each location on Thursday afternoon.

What if I have dietary restrictions?

We've built the menu with the whole team in mind. We've done our best to address all dietary needs based on your Bob profiles (if it's in there, we got it).

What is the dress code?

Smart casual 😊 Think comfortable, confident, and ready to perform—no jerseys required (unless you're feeling extra spirited).

What am I doing between sessions?

Think of this as your open training time.
